Nice new and good variety of food and drinks. Thai spot "Bhat" was a good mix from the normal burgers pizza and Mexican food around the area. The "taproom" had good selection on draft. Fridge section was small but good. Only drawback was that the seating area is small and you can't take any alcoholic drinks from downstairs to the upstairs area. VERY inconvenient... otherwise the chicken from JayBird was good and spicy!
Discovered the SLO Public Market on a Sunday evening driving up from LA. Clean and fun vibes and friendly workers who greeted us right when we entered. It wasn't that busy as most places were closed, but got Thai Tea and Pad Thai. We later realized there's upstairs and downstairs areas. I highly recommend this spot for Tesla supercharging travelers like me! 5 stars baby!
Stopped here for a planned event, meet-and-greet where we were on our own to buy food and beverages. The SLO Public Market Offered lots of choices! I grabbed a fresh beer and some very tasty Tom Kah with shrimp. Delicious! The outdoor space was well-designed and accommodating. Parking was easy. Highly recommended!
Was a great time at the new Public Market in SLO. Something for everyone! Tacos Cantina was a little pricey but very large portions. Easily shared. CaliGirl Strawberry Margarita was tasty, but not a lot of tequila - felt nothing. Loved my Chicken Enchilada and Chili relleano - rice and beans good. My hubby had the fillet Mignon steak - it came well done and he had order it medium rare- so they redid it Shrimp tacos were full of shrimp. Some are at the Nashville Chicken spot. You could choose your heat and sauces. One got a breakfast burrito and it was huge. Others at at the Korean place and really enjoyed it. The Açaí place was putting out amazing looking bows with lots of fruit. Out door seating was pleasant for all with umbrellas. Recommend it with a large party- and lots of preferences. Like a food court! Very cool vibe.
We had lunch at the burger place upstairs, staff were very friendly and everything we had were super tasty.
